Phoenix City doesn't look like much from the outside or inside. There's no real seating and it is primarily designed as a take out place. But, the food here is some of the best Chinese around. When visiting my dad in DE this is his go to spot for take out. I've eaten from here numerous times now and the quality and taste of food has been a consistent winner.
On my recent visit we ordered Hot and Sour Soup, Moo Shu Chicken, Chicken and Shrimp Szechuan Style, Broccoli with Garlic Sauce, Sweet and Sour Chicken and Vegetable Fried Rice. Everything was phenomenal and all 6 adults and two kids were happily feed.
The prices are great too. All that food for a little over $40 and we had leftovers to boot. And they gave us a free 2 liter bottle of soda, because we had an order over $40. -

I can say it was edible. Ordered Broccoli & brown sauce (well done) with shrimp fried rice, 2 pizza rolls, 2 shrimp rolls. My daughter said the pizza rolls were good. My rice & shrimp rolls were extremely bland. The broccoli was too but after drenching it with soy sauce it was good. I had no problem placing my order other than being on hold for 4 min and 26 seconds... She understood my order & it was correct! I'd rec visiting if your in the area but certainly wouldn't make a special trip here.

I don't like giving low reviews to places but I've got to be honest.
I've ordered only twice from this place. The first time it was okay, not the greatest. The food was cold by the time it got to us (we got delivery) and we live like a mile away from it. That was okay, I'm not terribly picky, and I've been on the food industry end of that many times.
We ordered last night and as we opened the bag, about a half a cup of sauce poured out, all over my counter. The boxes and container in the bag were covered in it. It was pretty gross.
I got general tso's tofu, asked for it to be spicy, and not only was it cold, the sauce tasted like watery ketchup with zero flavor.
My husband got teriyaki chicken and it was cold and also flavorless.
We live in a weird area, so there isn't much that gets delivered to us that isn't pizza or subs, but I'd rather get take out from a place with good food than have the convenience of delivery from a below average place. -

the worst place for Chinese delivery in town. They never get our orders right and takes 2 hours to deliver. The food is not that great also. I would never order here again!

First time eating from here and will be the last. My fiancee and I ordered food from here. I had the beef fried rice, and she had the shrimp fried rice with beef sticks. We both ate the food but on her eat the shrimp and rice we're good but she told me the beef tasted funny and it did on my end as well. Next day I am sick as a dog and she is fine because she spit it out (beef sticks). I am definitely not going to get food from here again. Maybe just me but as a warning to anyone else so not going through the issues I am having
